About the position

The Product Director for Market Development in Multiple Myeloma Marketing at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for developing and executing market development strategies and initiatives. This role involves collaboration across various functions, including brand marketing and field sales, to drive key business initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of medical education and advisory board strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development of Market Development & KOL strategy in close collaboration with TLL team and brand team for assigned brands
• Lead development of medical education & advisory board strategy and tactics in support of the brand and portfolio strategies within Multiple Myeloma
• Ensure speaker bureau is optimized to meet the needs of the assigned brands and portfolio within Multiple Myeloma in partnership with thought leader liaisons, medical education operations, and other key internal partners
• Develop and execute speaker trainings in partnership with brand and medical education operations team
• Ensure strategies and tactics are developed and performed in close partnership with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
• Partner with analytics and operations teams to track utilization and impact of medical education tactics and evolve as needed
• Partner with brand marketing and sales to field insights and feedback on medical education tactics

Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
• A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
• Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication
• Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel
