About the position

The Product Director for Patient Marketing at Johnson & Johnson will lead the development and execution of patient-focused strategies for the Prostate Portfolio, specifically for the products ERLEADA and AKEEGA. This role involves creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and ensuring effective communication and support for patients and care partners. The director will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize patient support and activation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Ensure strategies, marketing assets, and tactical plans are developed in partnership with the Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, and Medical Affairs.
  • Develop content for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies.
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the patient branded media plan, ensuring rigorous measurement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of patient marketing strategies and execution.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with oncology products or therapies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Previous experience in leading patient support programs.
