About the position

The Product Director for Professional Promotion Marketing at Johnson & Johnson will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for ERLEADA®, a treatment for prostate cancer. This role involves crafting comprehensive marketing plans, collaborating with various internal teams, and leading initiatives to enhance the brand's presence in the healthcare market. The director will also engage with healthcare professionals to promote the treatment and support cross-functional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure strategies, marketing assets, and tactical plans are developed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners.
  • Develop content with the learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies.
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team.
  • Lead media and digital strategy and asset creation for omnichannel audiences.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives in support of the brand, including agile marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields.
  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
