About the position

The Product Director for the US Oncology Portfolio - Key Account Strategy at Johnson & Johnson is a senior management role focused on developing and executing strategies for key accounts in the oncology sector. This position is integral to enhancing the company's market presence and ensuring that healthcare solutions meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. The role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve patient care and outcomes in oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oncology Franchise Key Account strategy in collaboration with Brand and SCG teams to identify, segment and prioritize solutions and engagements.
  • Build comprehensive strategy for Academic and Community large integrated accounts.
  • Identify current and future customer care-abouts and insights comprehensive of performance, drivers, and levels of control.
  • Develop J&J Oncology Value Proposition content and solutions that meets the needs of Population Health Decision Makers in their efforts to provide high quality care to oncology patients.
  • Support Account Management account planning, resources, metrics, and insights dashboards.
  • Lead Pan-Oncology initiatives supporting key accounts (i.e. Health Equity Programs and Solutions).
  • Lead forums with market access brand team members to collaboratively advance key account strategy and integrate solutions.
  • Support engagement at key conferences and conventions attended by leadership in oncology key accounts.
  • Identify customer facing synergies between SCG and J&J Oncology field teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields.
  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
