About the position
The position involves leading the company's overseas input method product planning, design, development tracking, and iterative improvement. The candidate will be responsible for conducting user research and demand analysis of input method products, as well as analyzing market trends and product dynamics to formulate practical product development strategies. Additionally, the role includes formulating product operation plans, optimizing product functions, and improving user experience and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead company's overseas input method product planning, design, development tracking and iterative improvement.
- Lead the team to conduct user research and demand analysis of input method products.
- Analyze market trends and product dynamics to explore and formulate practical product development strategies.
- Formulate product operation plans, continuously optimize product functions, and improve user experience and user retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, CET-6
- More than five years of product work experience, familiar with mobile products from demand analysis to product launch.
- Independent customer product design experience.
- Familiar with mainstream mobile products; sensitivity to new products is preferred.
- Experience in psychology and user behavior analysis is preferred.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, ambitious and able to withstand pressure.
