About the position

The Product Documentation Strategist Intern will focus on developing a documentation strategy for the FOLIO product management team at EBSCO Information Services. This role involves creating a documentation strategy template, consulting with team members to identify stakeholders, and understanding the current state of FOLIO documentation to formulate an effective strategy. The position is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in technical writing and documentation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create or customize a documentation strategy document
• Understand the basics of Agile Project Management
• Facilitate discussions regarding product and process documentation
• Utilize best practice techniques in preparing a documentation strategy for the FOLIO product and the product management team

Requirements

• Undergraduate student graduating December 2025 or later
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Keen interest in writing technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Background or interest in knowledge management, content strategy, and documentation strategy
