We are looking for an experienced Product Solutions Manager to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption by working closely with customers to understand their needs, designing integrated solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. Working with the Product team, you will act as a key liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party technology providers to achieve ongoing success. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer engagement, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their travel booking and logistics needs.
  • Design and propose integrated solutions that align with customer workflows and systems.
  • Demonstrate the value of the product to prospective customers and support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Product, Engineering, and Sales) to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring effective product adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during and post-implementation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party system providers to maintain compatibility, optimize integrations and develop business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and technology changes that impact integrations.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve operations and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product solutions, customer success, or technical sales in the travel industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of travel technology and systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions for corporate customers.
  • Understanding of API integrations and enterprise system interoperability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience in training and onboarding users for software platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and third-party providers.
  • Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams.
