As a Product Enablement & Servicing Project Manager II for Merchant Services Product at JPMorgan, you will play a crucial role in managing the life cycle of various projects within the global payment processing business. This position requires a strategic problem solver who can innovate and effectively manage the end-to-end program management of features through the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). Your primary focus will be on delivering value to the end-user community while ensuring that all operational impacts are considered and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-user support teams that handle merchant inquiries within a centralized client service organization. You will actively participate in the PDLC, engaging with various teams to understand their expectations and operational impacts. This will involve organizing delivery schedules and transition timings to ensure a smooth handoff to the operational teams responsible for ongoing support. You will also be responsible for monitoring schedule and scope changes that may impact ongoing work, keeping end-user teams informed of any developments. Your accountability will extend to managing risks and issues, ensuring they are identified, reported, and followed up on until resolved. This proactive approach will be essential in maintaining project momentum and ensuring successful outcomes. Your role will include supporting teams in defining the end-to-end scope and needs across the servicing organization, managing early intake and definition processes, and driving project management efforts as features approach technical delivery. You will facilitate end-user forums, manage JIRA boards to ensure compliance with required standards, and represent operational and business readiness in various status forums. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with management, develop presentations for senior leaders, and monitor project progress while identifying and escalating potential blockers as needed. Building rapport with peers and stakeholders will be key to achieving project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
