Responsibilities
- Work on new product introductions of high performance mixed-signal audio integrated circuit products while driving yield improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Prototype sample generation, yield enhancement, characterization, qualification, test development, cost reduction, customer returns, and release to test contractors.
- Create test software programs and design test hardware for a variety of Automated Test Equipment platforms.
- Coordinate with other integrated circuit product functions across the company.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus two years of experience.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of mixed signal product and test engineering, semiconductor circuits, and statistics sufficient to drive resolution of qualification failures.
