Responsibilities

• Work on new product introductions of high performance mixed-signal audio integrated circuit products while driving yield improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Prototype sample generation, yield enhancement, characterization, qualification, test development, cost reduction, customer returns, and release to test contractors.
• Create test software programs and design test hardware for a variety of Automated Test Equipment platforms.
• Coordinate with other integrated circuit product functions across the company.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus five years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus seven years of experience or a PhD in one of the foregoing fields plus three years of experience.
• Experience must include: three years of experience as a product engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Three years of experience with volume data analysis.
• Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing sufficient to drive resolution of qualification failures.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with mixed-signal integrated circuit debugging sufficient to analyze and highlight quality concerns.
