Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- Progressive work experience in Engineering in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years experience in project management, including meeting facilitation and presentation experience
- Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel
- Proficient skills in CAD, PQ2, GD & T, and 5s and visual factory concepts
- Solid knowledge in gating, runner design, PQ2 diagrams, atomization, gate velocity, and tool design
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and programs
- Blueprint/part print reading skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in lean manufacturing processes
- High volume automotive with automated machining, assembly, and tooling experience
