About the position

The Product Engineering Data Sciences Architect at Wipro Limited is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance product offerings. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address data-related needs, ensuring efficient data flow, and maintaining data integrity and security throughout the data lifecycle. The architect will also analyze high-volume, unstructured data sources and create visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, while staying current with industry trends in data science and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to understand and address data-related needs.
  • Develop and maintain data processing systems and pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
  • Design and implement innovative statistical models and data science algorithms for data analysis.
  • Analyze high-volume, unstructured data sources to build structured models for product quality assessment.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Understanding of optimization techniques and familiarity with Gurobi.
  • Skills in using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with statistical analysis and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in developing predictive models using machine learning libraries.
