We're looking for an exceptional leader to anchor greenfield product engineering efforts in our New York office! You'll directly manage one to two product engineering teams and be accountable for their success. You'll partner closely with the founders and an amazing EPD team to build powerful experiences for all users that drive critical outcomes for the business. You'll have a front seat in shaping the evolution of Hex's EPD organization. Product engineering teams at Hex work on things like Hex's library of cell types, and all the capabilities they support, workflows for no code users to easily get data insights from Hex, a governed, searchable workspace where all users find exactly the data insights they need, a powerful frontend experience to seamlessly create and edit small and large data projects, and more!
