As the Product Engineering Senior Technical Manager at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Product Engineering organization for the Purification and Filtration Business. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about healthcare innovation and are eager to make a significant impact in the field. You will be responsible for optimizing the Change Management Process (CMP) and ensuring that design controls for launched products are effectively implemented. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and delivering strategic and operational plans that align with the goals of Product Engineering, while also supporting the Business Units and Laboratory Operating Committee. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and executing projects that not only support Product Engineering but also enhance the overall business operations. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every solution we create is at the intersection of health, material, and data science. Your ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects will be essential in driving the success of our initiatives and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
