About the position

The Product Engineering Support Clerk plays a crucial role in providing administrative and documentation control support to the Product Engineering group at Daifuku Intralogistics. This position involves coordinating engineering information flow, generating database records, and maintaining organized documentation to facilitate efficient operations within the engineering department.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and expedite the flow of engineering information within the department and between departments.
  • Generate database records, work instructions, and CNC machine files using engineering information.
  • Release drawings and engineering documents to operations and other departments.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support, preferably in an engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $17.50 to $19.00 per hour.
