About the position

The Product Flow Analyst at Nike plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of the supply chain. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to track and execute the delivery of Nike products, ensuring alignment with the company's growth targets. The analyst will focus on resolving supply chain challenges, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements to meet the dynamic needs of consumers.

Responsibilities

• Track and execute the delivery of Nike products to accounts.
• Review daily reports to ensure delivery against key performance goals.
• Provide daily revenue tracking to meet monthly goals.
• Research and resolve operational exceptions, including root cause analyses.
• Develop and meet KPI metrics for accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in the supply chain.
• Execute time-sensitive orders, including launch styles and special events.
• Participate in planning and execution of peak periods and quarterly strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment or supply chain role.
• Undergraduate degree in business, international business, supply chain, or economics preferred.
• Strong analytical and data management experience.
• Clear and timely communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to shift priorities fluidly and work under pressure.
• Collaborative leadership skills that promote a positive teamwork environment.
• Expertise with OMS, WMS, SAP, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of analytical tools is an asset.
• Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Alteryx are a plus.
