About the position

The Product Flow Analyst at NIKE, Inc. plays a crucial role in the North America Middle Mile Trade & Transportation DC Bypass Team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of Nike's supply chain. This position involves tracking and executing the delivery of products to various accounts, ensuring alignment with Nike's growth targets through meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Track and execute the delivery of Nike products to account destinations.
• Review daily reports to ensure delivery against key performance goals and identify potential inaccuracies.
• Provide daily revenue tracking to meet monthly goals in collaboration with business teams.
• Research and resolve operational exceptions, including conducting root cause analyses.
• Develop and meet KPI metrics for accounts in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders for efficiencies.
• Execute time-sensitive and priority orders, including launch styles and special events.
• Participate in planning and execution of peak periods and quarterly/yearly strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment or supply chain role.
• Undergraduate degree in business, international business, supply chain, or economics preferred.
• Clear and timely communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to shift priorities fluidly with a sense of urgency.
• Collaborative leadership promoting a positive teamwork environment.
• Strong analytical and data management experience.
• Expertise with OMS, WMS, SAP, Excel; knowledge of analytical tools is an asset.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Alteryx are a plus.
