About the position

The Product Graphic Designer at Callaway Golf plays a crucial role in the Industrial Design team, focusing on creating brand logo packages for various golf club categories. This position involves collaboration with club designers, engineers, and the Product Design Development team to ensure innovative concept designs are executed effectively through to final production art. The designer will be responsible for the aesthetic and technical aspects of graphic design applied to golf club products, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing golfer performance through superior product design.

Responsibilities

• Create head, shaft, and grip logo/graphic packages for the complete product line, including woods, hybrids, irons, and putters.
• Work with development engineers to ensure that the logo/graphic design intent is maintained in the finished product.
• Responsible for the final output of files to production, collaborating with Industrial Design team members and senior management on graphics and approvals.
• Ensure that Concept Designers' designs accommodate appropriate logo/graphic treatments.
• Explore new golf club logo design and graphic applications as part of assigned project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or minimum three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal training in design or extensive related work experience.
• Graphic design experience applied to aesthetic and technical requirements, preferably in creating golf club products.
• Exceptional knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite software, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong initiative and ability to multi-task multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
