About the position

The Product Group Manager for Digital Products at Huntington Bank is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the corporate strategy to enhance customer engagement through digital solutions. This role focuses on empowering customers by connecting them with banking specialists and ensuring that digital products meet their financial needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for Digital initiatives that connect customers with Huntington bankers for financial consultation.
• Lead research to understand customer needs and document customer journeys to prioritize investments.
• Develop business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI for digital products.
• Identify and set priorities for product development, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services.
• Work with data and analytics teams to create metrics for performance measurement and optimization.
• Maintain relationships with clients and various bank personnel to ensure product quality and profitability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical skills including data mining and manipulation
• Experience in financial management and the ability to translate data into strategic plans
• Proven ability to analyze situations and risks quickly and execute plans effectively
• Experience in product planning and management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, particularly for executive-level presentations.
