About the position

The Product Group Manager for Digital Products at Huntington Bank is responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions for digital initiatives that align with the corporate strategy. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement by connecting them with banking specialists and providing tailored financial solutions. The manager will lead product management efforts, ensuring that digital products meet customer needs and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for digital initiatives that connect customers with Huntington bankers and specialists.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs and document customer journeys to prioritize investments.
• Develop business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI for digital products.
• Set priorities for product development, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services.
• Work with data and analytics teams to create performance metrics for ongoing optimization.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams.
• Manage product group profitability and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong understanding of digital product management
• Proven analytical ability, including data mining and forecasting
• Financial management experience with the ability to translate data into strategic plans
• Ability to analyze situations and risks quickly and execute plans effectively
• Experience in product planning and management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both candid and concise
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills
