About the position

The Product Group Manager for Digital Products at Huntington Bank is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for digital initiatives that align with the corporate strategy. This role focuses on empowering digital customers by providing them with the necessary guidance and technical solutions to connect with banking specialists, ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for digital initiatives that facilitate customer connections with Huntington bankers and specialists.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs and document customer journeys to prioritize investments that add value.
• Develop business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI for digital products.
• Set priorities for product development, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services effectively.
• Work with data and analytics teams to create performance metrics for ongoing optimization.
• Maintain relationships with clients and various bank personnel to ensure product group profitability and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong understanding of digital product management
• Proven analytical ability including data mining and forecasting
• Financial management experience with the ability to translate data into strategic plans
• Ability to analyze situations and risks quickly and execute plans effectively
• Experience in product planning and management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills
