About the position

The Product Group Manager for Digital Products at Huntington Bank is responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions for digital initiatives that align with the corporate strategy. This role focuses on empowering digital customers by providing them with the necessary guidance and technical solutions to connect with banking specialists, ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for digital initiatives that connect customers with Huntington bankers and specialists.
• Lead research to understand customer needs and document customer journeys to prioritize investments.
• Develop business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI for digital products.
• Identify and set priorities for product development, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services.
• Work with data and analytics teams to create metrics for performance measurement and optimization.
• Maintain relationships with clients and various bank personnel to ensure product group profitability and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong understanding of digital product management
• Proven analytical ability in data mining and manipulation
• Financial management experience with the ability to translate data into strategic plans
• Experience in product planning and management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Candid and concise communication skills
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills
