The Product Group Owner (KYC Product) plays a crucial role in ensuring that development teams deliver customer-focused product increments that create value for the organization. This position requires alignment with other Product Owners and senior management to adhere to a product vision, while also creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog. The Product Group Owner is responsible for managing delivery blockers and continuously assessing customer feedback to maximize value. This role embodies the Agile principles of transparency, collaboration, and engagement, contributing to a positive work environment. In this position, the Product Group Owner will develop and execute the KYC (Know Your Customer) product strategic and planning processes to establish priorities and drive change. They will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of business capabilities to effectively enable the KYC program, creating, executing, and evolving long-term Product/Business Capability Roadmaps. The role also involves contributing to the KYC product group health, including OKR, maturity measures, financial capacity, KPIs, and KRIs. The Product Group Owner will challenge the norm and provide thought leadership in KYC control solutions that meet regulatory expectations while delivering a best-in-class customer and colleague experience. The Product Group Owner will work closely with senior business leaders to ensure that product capabilities and solutions are functionally aligned with requirements, supported by KYC Engineering. This role provides people management leadership by hiring top talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance, and promoting teamwork. The Product Group Owner will oversee a team of Pod Product Owners, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to practitioners and executives within their area of expertise. They will also manage the overall discipline and strategy for their respective areas while aligning with enterprise best practices, integrating knowledge of the enterprise function's overarching strategy in leading program design and policy formulation.
