About the position

As a Product Growth Analyst at Meta, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of products used by billions globally across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus. This position is embedded within product teams and focuses on leveraging data analysis, creative product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration to impact the product development life cycle. The role emphasizes results-based performance and offers opportunities to influence high-visibility initiatives within a close-knit team culture that values sustainable impact and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive long-term growth of Meta Inc products through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation.
  • Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them for maximizing long-term growth.
  • Execute projects by collaborating closely with engineering, product management, data science, and other product team members to achieve product goals.
  • Lead experimentation by designing tests and analyzing results to inform launch decisions.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience (degree must be completed prior to joining Meta).
  • 3+ years experience working in an analytical or product role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals.
  • Experience working with and influencing multidisciplinary product teams, including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open-ended questions.
  • Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and build frameworks for data-informed launch decisions.
  • Creative product ideation skills to apply growth tactics broadly across different product areas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
