About the position

The Regional Product Growth Manager - Cross-Border Payments at IntelliPro Group Inc. is responsible for driving user growth strategies and developing tailored sales pitches for diverse client segments in the payments industry. This role involves collaborating with regional and global teams to understand client needs, translating those into business requirements, and optimizing product offerings based on market insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional front-line teams and global product teams to understand client pain points and draft business requirements with a clear go-to-market strategy.
• Translate business needs into detailed business requirement documents and present them effectively to global stakeholders.
• Develop tailored sales pitches for diverse client segments, coordinating with marketing teams to deliver impactful product value propositions.
• Propose business integration processes and documentation based on negotiations with key MX clients or partners.
• Lead user growth strategies for account-based products, formulating and executing growth initiatives based on user and market insights.
• Regularly evaluate market conditions, emerging trends, and competitor data to optimize campaigns and incentives.
• Leverage and refine user growth tools and strategies, including product selection, cashback programs, and other incentive designs.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis for selected LATAM regions, with a focus on pricing, user experience, and competitor performance.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cross-border payment products and the ability to conduct independent market and customer research.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or User Acquisition Strategist in the payments industry.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive business requirement documents.
• Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to convert insights into actionable business strategies.
• Highly motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is required.
