About the position

The Product Growth Marketing Manager at Rippling will be responsible for driving cross-sell revenue for the Spend product line. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams, and optimizing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. The manager will play a crucial role in scaling the business as it aims for significant growth, directly impacting the company's enterprise value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign strategy across various channels to maximize cross-sell success.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for Spend cross-sell programs, including launching, reporting, experimenting, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, and sales.
  • Proactively share insights across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role such as consulting, product management, investment banking, or business operations.
  • Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy, translating quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
  • Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in investment banking or product management.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and optimization.
