About the position

As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, you will serve as the face of the brand on the retail floor, providing an exceptional experience to guests through your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors. Your role involves not only sharing technical product insights but also engaging with the community and supporting store initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a collaborative environment and contributing to the store's success while prioritizing your personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving.
  • Building a strong understanding of products and weaving this information into guest interactions authentically.
  • Championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
  • Developing personal passions both in and out of the store with team support.
  • Supporting the leadership team on projects and brand initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
  • Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with the team and store leadership.
  • Participating in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
  • Answering store phones and responding to voicemails and emails, including social media channels.
  • Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Receiving and unpacking inventory boxes as required.
