About the position

As an Inspector Level 3 at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. This position is not just about performing inspections; it is about contributing to the overall success of our operations by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure that our products comply with the required standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will be essential in identifying any defects or non-conformities and implementing corrective actions. This role will significantly impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. In this position, you will work on the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and verifying quality, recommending improvements, and documenting any defects or non-conformities. You will also be tasked with recording observations, auditing quality control programs, and developing specifications and procedures to improve quality practices. Your ability to work collaboratively in a group environment and communicate effectively will be vital to your success in this role. Additionally, you will need to be flexible to support other inspection areas and shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of inspecting experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the quality control inspection field.
  • Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a group environment.
  • Proactive and clear communication skills to convey important information.
  • Ability to read technical data and specifications.
  • Flexibility to support other inspection areas and shifts.
  • Willingness to cross-train in other inspection areas.
