About the position

Trulieve is seeking a Product Inventory Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our retail stores with inventory management and adjustments. The Product Inventory Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that inventory movements, transfer discrepancies, and retail transfers are accurately managed and reported. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to cross-reference data between various systems, including our ERP, POS, and state reporting platforms such as Metrc and BioTrack. The analyst will assist in data management and audit efforts to ensure compliance and efficiency in our operations. In this position, you will collaborate with various divisions within the company to maintain positive working relationships. Key duties include posting product inventory counts for retail, tracking all transfers to retail stores, adjusting discrepancies, and submitting discovered system issues to the appropriate IT support teams. You will also be involved in quality assurance testing for our SAP and OMS systems, as well as updating weekly dashboards for profit protection. The role requires excellent communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external contacts, and a strong organizational aptitude to meet objectives while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in medical cannabis dispensary operations are essential. Familiarity with logistics, SAP, and various POS systems is also required. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to retail stores for inventory movements and adjustments.
  • Assist in data management and audit efforts to ensure compliance with ERP, POS, and state reporting platforms.
  • Cross-reference data between systems to identify sales or inventory inconsistencies.
  • Support retail teams with situational inventory variance research as needed.
  • Post product inventory counts for retail and create count results.
  • Track all transfers to retail stores and adjust transfer discrepancies.
  • Adjust retail inventory for stores operating on SAP/OMS, Dutchie POS, and MJ Platform systems.
  • Submit discovered system issues to IT/SAP support teams.
  • Move QA issue items and create return transfers when necessary.
  • Assist in QAS testing for SAP and OMS for retail stores.
  • Update weekly dashboards for profit protection monitoring.
  • Monitor SAP to Metrc sales failures and create CSVs for all Metrc and BioTrack states.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; associate degree or above preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience in medical cannabis dispensary operations.
  • Some logistics experience such as driver, inventory coordinator, or delivery coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute organizational skills with a high aptitude for meeting objectives and maintaining detail orientation.
  • Aptitude to understand data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with SAP, Retail/OMS, and POS systems.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Metrc, Microsoft Word, Excel, Dutchie POS, and MJ Platform.
