About the position

The Product & Inventory Manager for Fashion Jewelry is responsible for overseeing the product journey from concept to customer sales, managing inventory levels, and developing customer relationships in both domestic off-price and international markets. This role utilizes data insights to guide pricing and product assortment strategies, ensuring that products are fresh and in demand while maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product journey from concept through to customer sales.
  • Work with product development to design trendy accessories, keeping products fresh and in demand.
  • Oversee watch and accessory portfolios for off-price and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with promotional and off-price customers to maximize sales.
  • Work with leadership to plan and implement sales strategies, including creative pricing and assortment planning.
  • Manage inventory across all channels, ensuring products are available as needed and avoiding excess or shortage.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to maintain smooth inventory flow and accurate stock levels.
  • Use sales data to guide decisions on pricing, inventory, and customer engagement.
  • Regularly create and share reports on sales, stock, and products to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Offer insights into market trends and product performance to guide future product and promotion plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing products and inventory, ideally in watches, jewelry or similar fields.
  • Strong skills in analyzing sales data and understanding market trends.
  • Experience working with customers in both domestic off-price and international markets.
  • Ability to work well across teams, especially with product development, logistics, and leadership.
  • Strong strategic skills for developing pricing, assortment, and promotional plans.
  • Ability to manage inventory to ensure smooth stock flow and meet business needs.
  • Comfortable with data analysis tools for tracking sales and making decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work well with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
