About the position

As the Product Source of Truth Manager, you will manage the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the product Source of Truth, which is a newly created hub of product information for all lines of business, including fixed index annuities, registered index-linked annuities, life insurance, and in-plan solutions. You will gain an understanding of our products and how departments across the company use product information. On an ongoing basis, you will manage the daily operations of the Source of Truth and ensuring it supports our goal of driving consistency and accuracy across product materials. You will also evolve the Source of Truth to meet the needs of its internal customers and broader company goal of developing product content more efficiently and effectively. You will do this by understanding the complex needs / opportunities, developing a strategy for evolution, and working towards that strategy. You will also be the central hub for complex product questions, driving alignment conversations across cross-functional teams. The ability to collaborate across departments, anticipate and resolve impediments, develop solutions to complex problems, and lead stakeholder alignment is critical for the role. The Product Source of Truth Manager role has an impact on execution of our goals and serving our customers. You will report to the Product Contracting Senior Director.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead the product source of truth from initial concept to an evolving solution for complex needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic enhancements to achieve program outcomes and ensure agreement on broader organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all daily activities associated with the product source of truth across business lines to ensure the goals and commitments are achieved.
  • Ensure consistency across lines and products, accuracy, and thoroughness of product content.
  • Define program governance structure, inclusive of decision-making and overall stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Conduct and manage stakeholder assessments to define level of engagement for each impacted functional area.
  • Manage stakeholders' communications across all levels.
  • Field complex product questions from across the organization, engage and align key stakeholders on outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience required: Managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Four year degree or equivalent work experience required.
