About the position

The Product Source of Truth Manager at Allianz Life is responsible for managing the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the product Source of Truth, a centralized hub of product information for various lines of business. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across product materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex product questions. The manager will develop strategies to enhance the Source of Truth to meet internal customer needs and support the company's broader goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to lead the product source of truth from initial concept to an evolving solution for complex needs.
• Develop and implement strategic enhancements to achieve program outcomes and ensure agreement on broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee all daily activities associated with the product source of truth across business lines to ensure goals and commitments are achieved.
• Ensure consistency across lines and products, accuracy, and thoroughness of product content.
• Define program governance structure, including decision-making and overall stakeholder engagement plan.
• Conduct and manage stakeholder assessments to define level of engagement for each impacted functional area.
• Manage stakeholders' communications across all levels.
• Field complex product questions from across the organization and engage key stakeholders on outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Four year degree required or equivalent work experience.
