About the position

The Product Launch Manager at FECON is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of new product development (NPD) launch strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective cross-departmental communication. This role requires a deep understanding of product lines and market demands, as well as the ability to train and support internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, including key features, benefits, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
• Contribute to the development of product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay attuned to trends and customer needs.
• Provide training and support to internal and external teams on product knowledge and application usage.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers and dealers.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Engineering or Product Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of product or project management experience.
• Some experience in customer service, marketing, or product-related roles is a plus but not required.
• Strong desire to learn about product development and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to gather insights from data.
• Mechanical aptitude or a general interest in understanding equipment and technical products.
