About the position

The Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience. This role focuses on delivering a human plus digital product strategy while aligning with market insights and customer needs. The Product Manager will design pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for Business Banking products, ensuring a bundled approach that rewards customers for their overall relationship with the bank. Collaboration with senior-level stakeholders across product teams is essential to align on product combinations and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive product planning and visioning for Business Banking products.
• Develop and manage product strategies that align with customer needs and market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and success measures.
• Design pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for bundled product offerings.
• Ensure alignment on product combinations and pricing levers that reward multi-product relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management or similar roles.
• Advanced capability across key product levers including profitability, strategy, vision & planning, and customer experience research.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level.
• Solid understanding of multiple product lines including profitability drivers and customer experience.
