About the position

The Product Lead for Bundled Solutions at U.S. Bank is responsible for driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience. This role focuses on delivering a human plus digital product strategy that aligns with evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. The Product Lead will design pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for Business Banking products, fostering collaboration across product teams to create bundled offerings that enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive product planning and visioning for bundled solutions.
• Manage product development and customer experience initiatives.
• Align product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for Business Banking products.
• Collaborate with senior-level product teams to create effective product combinations.
• Utilize market insights and customer needs to shape product roadmap and success measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Advanced product management or similar experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced capability across key product levers including profitability, strategy, and customer experience.
• Ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level.
• Solid understanding of multiple product lines and their profitability drivers.
