About the position

The Product Lead for Growth at Recharge is responsible for driving user and revenue growth throughout the customer journey, focusing on onboarding, retention, and product adoption. This role involves creating seamless user experiences, optimizing onboarding flows, and implementing strategies for upselling and cross-selling. The Product Lead will collaborate with various teams, lead a growth-focused roadmap, and mentor other product managers to foster a growth-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product growth strategy focusing on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and product adoption.
• Own and manage the product roadmap for growth, aligning initiatives with company objectives and KPIs.
• Use data analytics and qualitative insights to identify growth opportunities across the user funnel.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, data, design, and marketing to execute growth initiatives.
• Optimize onboarding experiences, user flows, and in-product messaging to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance metrics to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced SaaS company.
• 3+ years of experience in growth product management.
• Proven track record of leading growth initiatives and driving key growth metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset and background in data analytics.
• Fluency in using data to inform decisions and measure success, proficient in SQL and tools like Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, design, and marketing teams.
• Relentless drive to test, iterate, and deliver products rapidly.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to work on complex problems.
