This includes developing sellable, installable, and supportable hardware solutions that enhance market penetration and drive system sales revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to translate the overarching CTCT strategy into actionable product team strategies, ensuring that the needs and requests of customers are distilled into clear product requirements. You will prioritize tasks within the Product Team and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including multi-discipline engineering teams, to develop, maintain, and support high-quality hardware products throughout their entire lifecycle. The scope of your product responsibilities will encompass a variety of hardware components, including sensors, electronic modules, and specialty hardware utilized in the heavy and compact construction, paving, and mining industries. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development, develop the Product Team Strategy, Multi-Generation Product Plan (MGPP), and Roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer, partner, and market needs. You will also be responsible for delivering key documents such as the Market Requirements Document (MRD) and the Product Requirements Document (PRD).
