About the position

The Product Lead for the HRIS Platform at Rippling is responsible for shaping the direction and execution of the HRIS product strategy. This role involves overseeing the development of capabilities that support larger organizations and ensuring a seamless experience across various countries and industries. The Product Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and maintain the high standards of speed and simplicity that Rippling is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall strategy and execution for our HRIS product, platform, and global expansion teams
  • Build out capabilities in the HRIS that allow for the flexibility and controls required by larger organizations
  • Prioritize enhancements to the platform to ensure seamless data updates to a growing number of downstream systems
  • Drive the country expansion roadmap for Global HRIS and EOR, ensuring consistent user experience across countries
  • Ensure the core Rippling system meets the needs of different industries, including those with high proportions of deskless workers
  • Maintain speed and simplicity while adding support for complex use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical and data skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong alignment with leadership principles.
