About the position
The Product Lifecycle Engineer Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of active products, ensuring operational support through product improvements and optimizations. This role involves technical analysis, coordination of product modifications, and delivering training to internal stakeholders, all aimed at enhancing product quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical product responsibility for active products.
- Conduct technical analysis of faulty production products and develop solution approaches.
- Coordinate product modifications affecting multiple sites and products, from planning to implementation.
- Deliver product training to internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge.
- Continuously improve process organization and develop quality- and productivity-enhancing standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 7 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in mechanical and electromechanical systems/assemblies design, product evaluation, and manufacturing.
- Experience in supporting processes, guidelines, and standards for operations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused with strong people skills.
Nice-to-haves
- LSSBB certification.
- Experience as a performance manager.
- Experience in product development.
