About the position

The Product Lifecycle Management Systems Analyst role focuses on supporting and enhancing software solutions to improve efficiency and quality in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools used by North American members. The position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure a unified user experience and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with other PLM members, team, and IT to provide a unified user experience.
• Support testing and confirmation of Jira tickets related to AHEAD development and enhancements.
• Provide support to questions related to the AHEAD platform from North American users.
• Work with IT on documenting bugs and enhancements for future deployment.
• Track change points and test enhancements in QA and ITB environments.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan GO operations to improve AHEAD development.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Catia V5 and V6, and PLM applications (e.g., ARAS / AHEAD).
• Ability to work closely and communicate with North American users to resolve issues related to AHEAD.
• Problem-solving and help desk type support capabilities.
