About the position

The Product Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Numerade is responsible for crafting and optimizing communication strategies across various channels to drive user conversion and retention. This role focuses on creating personalized content for registered users, executing campaigns to convert them into paid subscribers, and ensuring existing subscribers remain engaged with the product. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong emphasis on data analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain user segmentation for personalized email content delivery.
  • Develop and execute conversion-focused campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Design and implement retention campaigns to keep existing subscribers engaged and reduce churn.
  • Perform A/B testing to optimize email elements and analyze data for future campaigns.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams to align messaging and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices.
  • Collect user feedback through emails and liaise with the Product team for improvements.
  • Automate email and campaign processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Content team to include educational materials in emails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in programmatic email and SMS marketing with a focus on lifecycle campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful email and SMS campaigns that drive user conversion and retention.
  • Experience with Iterable and strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of email deliverability and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the education technology industry is a plus.
