About the position

The Product Line Manager for Assurance Technology is responsible for defining business needs, developing product strategy, and guiding teams to deliver significant technology-based business solutions. This role involves strategic partnerships with business leaders to provide tailored solutions, managing a portfolio of technology products, and ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Define business needs and develop product strategy for technology solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide tailored technology solutions.
  • Manage business unit portfolios of multiple technology-based products.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions considering IT governance and compliance risks.
  • Lead the development and presentation of business cases for new products and improvements.
  • Articulate a clear product vision aligned with firm strategies.
  • Monitor the technology portfolio and coordinate project prioritization.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve existing solutions.
  • Facilitate envisioning sessions with stakeholders for new solutions.
  • Engage with enterprise architects to align business needs with technology direction.
  • Assemble and guide cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Maintain strategic technology roadmaps and communicate portfolio timing.
  • Represent business stakeholders in enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with solution design utilizing no and low-code development platforms.
  • Experience in software product development.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
