About the position
Cintas is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the design, management, and growth of the First Aid product offering. This role involves liaising with key suppliers, analyzing market data, developing and prototyping new products, and enhancing customer experience through feedback evaluation. The manager will also drive product expansion, set long-term divisional goals, and provide leadership and training to field operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison to key suppliers.
- Collect and analyze data within the marketplace.
- Develop new products and prototype new product concepts.
- Test new materials for product and quality improvement.
- Evaluate customer feedback to recommend changes that improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist with driving new product expansion and deeper penetration with existing customers.
- Conduct long-range planning of divisional goals and follow up communication on these goals.
- Provide leadership and training to field operations regarding the growth of the First Aid offering.
- Assist with the development of new processes for the service and sales departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intranet/internet.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years Product Management and/or Design experience.
