About the position
The Product Line Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team to bring new products to market and manage existing product lines. This role includes category P&L responsibility and ownership of products from inception to obsolescence, requiring a disciplined, business-oriented approach to product planning and category management to achieve business performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to bring new products to market.
- Manage existing product lines and their performance.
- Oversee category P&L responsibility for managed products.
- Develop and execute product planning and category management strategies.
- Motivate and manage teams to accomplish shared goals in a global organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5+ years in product management or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing product lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with strategic planning and managing a category P&L.
- Experience in the Commercial Foodservice and Beverage Dispenser industry is preferred.
