About the position

The Product Line Manager for Digital Print & Workflow Solutions is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with market demands and drive business growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products while ensuring a market-leading position through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies aligned with company goals to maintain a market-leading position.
  • Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Identify industry trends and define strategic product vision.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery across market segments.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align development efforts and manage product interdependencies.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to execute go-to-market plans and ensure smooth launch, sales, and support readiness.
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners to refine product offerings and enhance satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and customer/partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in product management.
  • Experience in digital print workflows is preferred.
  • Strong product strategy and competitive analysis abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, make trade-offs, and deliver on time.
