About the position
The Product Line Manager for Digital Print & Workflow Solutions is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with market demands and drive business growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products while ensuring a market-leading position through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies aligned with company goals to maintain a market-leading position.
- Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and translate insights into product requirements.
- Identify industry trends and define strategic product vision.
- Create and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery across market segments.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align development efforts and manage product interdependencies.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Collaborate with product marketing to execute go-to-market plans and ensure smooth launch, sales, and support readiness.
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to refine product offerings and enhance satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and customer/partner meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in product management.
- Experience in digital print workflows is preferred.
- Strong product strategy and competitive analysis abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, make trade-offs, and deliver on time.
