About The Position
Onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Program Lead to oversee and drive the execution of our EV Traction programs with key OEMs in North America. This pivotal role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful development and delivery of innovative traction power solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of power electronics, especially in traction inverters, and a proven track record in managing complex programs from conception to market launch.
