About the position

The Product Line Marketing Sr. Manager for the ICD Amplifier Product Line at onsemi is a pivotal role that focuses on driving the business and strategic direction of the Amplifier product line. This position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is designed for a motivated, customer-focused, and self-driven individual who can effectively bridge the gap between technical development and market needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the product line, from initial product definition through to market release. This includes collaborating closely with various internal teams such as Technology Development, Designers, Applications Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that the product meets customer expectations and aligns with market trends. In this role, the candidate will be expected to engage with customers and attend tradeshows to gain insights into customer needs, target markets, and the competitive landscape. A strong technical background in power electronics is essential, but equally important is the ability to think creatively and commercially to transform technology and product concepts into profitable offerings. This is an individual contributor role, emphasizing the need for self-motivation and the ability to work independently while also being part of a larger team. Responsibilities
