About the position

As a Product Suite Management Analyst at Capco, you will be instrumental in inventorying, analyzing, and gathering requirements for a suite of technology devices, with a focus on cyber security. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including network security teams, device end users, and IT technicians, to understand product use cases and enhancements. Your role will involve business analysis, design, and consulting support, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with the client's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information and manage an IoT product inventory for the client's technology organization.
  • Work closely with program leads on prioritization of project tasks.
  • Develop, organize, and track deliverables and timelines as defined in the project scope of work.
  • Obtain and document status updates for team members assigned to a given project/task.
  • Work with client and product stakeholders to understand use cases, issues, and enhancement requests for the products.
  • Setup and participate in project meetings with client SMEs and 3rd party service vendors, keeping minutes and recording key decisions and action items.
  • Maintain an understanding of technical and functional requirements to ensure gaps are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Document and explain problems, issues, and roadblocks observed by stakeholders.
  • Update and organize all product documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of project-related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher level of education (Technical background is a plus).
  • Experience in cyber or network security is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with product enhancements or product implementation projects preferred.
  • Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm highly desired.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
  • Experience working with project stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Ability to research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  • Understands project methodologies, Agile preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cyber or network security is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with product enhancements or product implementation projects preferred.
