About the position

The Product Management Analyst role is an individual contributor position responsible for assisting in the development of product strategy, vision, and product roadmaps from ideation to launch. This includes developing business cases for new or existing products, facilitating product teams and stakeholder groups, and supporting product adoption through collaboration with operations teams and market stakeholders. The role also involves validating solutions with end users, tracking outcomes, and solving user problems in collaboration with product team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of product strategy, vision, and product roadmaps from ideation to launch.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements to existing products.
• Support product enhancements based on validated learnings.
• Facilitate collaboration among product teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Work with operations teams and market stakeholders to support product adoption.
• Track outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
• Assist in the maintenance of ad hoc reports and presentation decks for stakeholders.
• Support internal and external discovery for new and existing products.
• Resolve inter-squad, cross-product, and external dependencies and roadblocks.
• Execute the work backlog for new development and technical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, business/system analysis, or a directly related field.
