As a Product Management Analyst at Uline, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by leveraging your analytical skills to enhance our product offerings. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and requires a commitment to on-site collaboration with a team that shares a passion for excellence. You will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends that impact our product line strategy, ensuring that we remain competitive and responsive to market demands. Your role will involve building strong relationships with both international and domestic vendors, overseeing quality assurance, product development, and negotiations to secure the best products for our customers. In addition to vendor management, you will participate in meetings with senior leaders of our expanding North American business, providing insights and recommendations based on your analyses. This position also includes travel to identify innovative products and visit vendors to review their manufacturing processes, which is essential for maintaining the high standards Uline is known for. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through comprehensive training programs designed for rapid career growth, while working closely with various Uline teams, including Quality, Inventory Management, and Creative. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to keep our shelves stocked and our customers satisfied, making this a vital role within our organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements
